Gown Goals

I remember prom like it was yesterday, even though it was over a decade ago (insert Home Alone  Screaming Face here).  I wanted to wear a black satin dress. You know the kind, the satin strapless gown that had a little bit of white satin showing (throwback picture below).  I wasn’t as fashion conscious as I am now and even worse, I didn’t have a lot of options as size 18 prom-goer in 2004. Thankfully, in 2017 fairytales do come true and did I mention they come in plus sizes too?! Finding a ball gown that will turn heads and make you feel like a million bucks is not hard at all these days.
I’m so happy for companies like Fame & Partners! They deliver edgy, classy, bold, and flirty dress options from floor length gowns to a few playful two-piece crop sets! It’s all available in plus sizes and can be customized to your liking.

For example, this dress on the site features two side cutouts. I asked for no cuts just to take a little edge out. You can change the length and even add straps!

Hi this dress looks great on you! I’ve been wanting to order from that site for the longest but was scared there 22 wasn’t a true plus size 22, so I was wondering if you could give me any kind of pointers on how to order from there website.

I would say they are true to size! I actually ordered up (I always do) because I thought the same thing but my regular size would have fit perfectly.
