4 Tips For Working From Home - From a Fashionista
4 Tips for Working from Home (from a fashionista)Hey Guys, I hope you guys are in a good place and feeling well! Glad to be sharing a new post with you all today! So we’re all spending our days in our homes lately and I’m always looking for ways to share useful content with you guys so I thought I would share some tips for dressing for your at home situation. Get Dressed:I know that getting dressed and not opting for your favorite sweats can be a stretch… been there. Honestly, I’m either wearing either or some kind of little flow dress. Recently for my Zoom settings or anytime I need to put on something that makes me feel chic without all the fuss, I will go for a good babydoll dress. I love this little leopard dress from Walmart. It’s just the right amount of flow and chic. Been wearing non-stop. This particular dress comes in a lot of other colors. If you're like me and can't get enough of a good thing get more than one. Walmart has plenty of options that would be great for WFH style. I've linked a few here.[showshopthepostwidget id="3985624"]Paint your Face:I know makeup is not for everyone but it’s one of the things that makes me feel good. I love to just use a little foundation, concealer, blush and eyeliner. If Im feeling fancy Ill apply some lashes. Right now I’m mainly using regular “drugstore” products.Make a Schedule:Something I struggle with right now is sticking to a schedule. Especially now that Creed and Mike are both at home. It seems like everything is out of wack but I know when I have a schedule to loosely follow I feel more productive. While at home I still need to work and be productive so a schedule is the best way to go. If you feel like a schedule is too far a reach, try making a list of goals for each day. Set Working HoursSimilar to your schedule but only includes work related, not family time, walks and stuff like that. Set some working hours. Try not to be attached to your email and work 24/7. That is one thing that will have you feeling burnt out really fast. Set certain times that you check your email. For instance 10am, 1pm and 3pm. Try to finish all work project/emails by 4pm. However you're spending your time at home I hope you're able to find joy (in the little things) everyday. This post is sponsored by my friends at Walmart.
