How My Busy Family Gets Groceries
Does anyone enjoy grocery shopping... I don’t! When I was younger I loved it for some reason. I think I just liked getting out of the house, even if it was just to go to the grocery store.
My dad would spend the whole day on Sunday going grocery shopping and I loved going with him. We would go to a couple different stores because my dad was so particular about finding great produce and finding the best deals. He always believed, no one store had it all. I’m not that particular! I just need a one- stop-shop and Walmart usually has everything I need at a great price. Period.
Ever since I heard our local WalMart store had grocery pickup, I have been on it! It’s literally the best thing ever for my busy family! You simply download the wal-mart app, build your shopping order, and check out. It’s so easy!!! Once you use it a couple times it remembers what you frequently order and those items will be on the home page for easy access.
You get a notification once your order is ready and once you arrive just check in on the app and the wonderful associates will bring your order out and load your groceries in the car. You don’t even have to get out of your car! It’s perfect for anyone who doesn’t have the time to spend a hour grocery shopping or if you just loathe doing it yourself. Grocery shopping is Creeds least favorite activities so I avoid it at all cost!
This is also a great option for party planning. When I’m planning to have a any kind of party I always use the grocery pickup service. You can even add serving pieces, cutlery, and everything else you might need for hosting a party! My most recent trip was in preparation for a swim shindig at our house. I got everything I needed and it was easy as pie!
