Effortless Summer Dress

How do you guys learn how to not to pick up everything polka dot and buy it?? I'm a little dot obsessed lately and I'm always on the hunt for a good dress, especially in the heat of the summer. I wanted something easy and breezy that I could toss on and just roll out with. Luckily Nordstrom Rack always has something just perfect for whatever the situation.  Among the fab things I just ordered from them was this blue polka dot wrap dress.I must admit upon first glance I wasn't overwhelmed with how beautiful it was but  more so how effortless it looked on the model. I also knew it could be stylish and  super useful in the season.I'll show you guys the shoes and bag I snagged later on.
