Everyday Beauty Routine

This post is sponsored by my friends at Kroger

I have kinda become a literal drugstore beauty junkie. I've recently been converted from my pricey foundation to one of my new favorites that's way less. There are just so many great options for under $20 bucks in the same place that I buy just about everything else for life - the grocery store! One of which (Kroger stores) is having a sale on a lot of their best-selling beauty items from 9/5 - 9/18! Spend $15 save $5 instantly on popular cosmetics, hair, and skincare items.

I've selected some of my personal favorite items on sale and created an everyday look that's super easy and doesn't require you to be a pro or anything like that.Step 1. Garnier Micellar Cleansing WaterLike most people, I just wash my face as normal but I always wipe my face again with Garner Skin Active Micellar Cleaning Water to get rid of anything that might be left on my skin. Its a must have.Step 2. BrowsWho doesn't love a good brow. They don't just happen however. The key to a good brow is a great brow pencil. The Revlon Colorstay Brow Pencil goes on so smooth and I was really glad it also had the brush to tame my brows. 3 . ShadowThe Maybelline City Kits Pink Edge Eye and Cheek Palette was perfect for creating a pretty everyday look. I used a combination of the light grey, the mauve and the dark mauve and topped my eyes off with the gold glitter. The metallic gold really made the look pop.4. FoundationI started using The Maybelline Fit Me foundation a couple months back after a makeup artist used it on me. I immediately ran and bought my own. It goes on smooth and provides really great coverage, especially for everyday use. Also just an fyi, there are two different versions: a matte and powerless and a dewy and smooth. I prefer the matte version but I have both.5. Conceal and HighlightI used the NYX HD Studio Concealer to conceal and highlight. This concealer works well with the Fit Me foundation but I also really like the maybelline concealer. As long as you get something a little lighter than your foundation you can't go wrong. Also don't forget to BLEND. you shouldn't be able to see outlines where you put the concealer6. Blush and HighlightI used the Maybelline City Kits palette also for my blush and highlighter. The shades in the palette were perfect for my skin tone and of course complimented  the overall look.7. Mascara I love the L'Oreal Luminous Lash Paradise mascara. I love the thickness of the brush and the way it glides across my lashes. This is my new go-to mascara.

So quick, easy and affordable! Check out your local Kroger for the promotion and all products used in this post. Also check out my video tutorial here!
