Fringing in NYC

I definitely took a risk on this dress. It really plays up on the western theme that seems to be the rage this season. I think this is as western as I'm going to get, however.I loved the fringe and I thought it was a pretty versatile dress. You can wear it day or night and it's not season specific.Funny story about this dress. I wore it to The Curvy Con.   I got out of my Uber at the venue while there was a torrential downpour.   I ended up walking  two blocks because I put in the wrong address. Once I got there I noticed that there was a insane amount of thread  dragging on the ground.  It was pretty much a disaster. I ended up cutting it like it was some hair, lol!
