Holiday Getaway with Catherine's Plus
The Holidays are officially here, Hollaaaaa! This time of the year is so special. It's my absolute favorite time to host and attend as many parties and fun gatherings as I can pack in. Some of you may have seen if you follow me on social media, I recently had the opportunity to attend a Holiday Getaway sponsored by Catherines in Rhinebeck NY with 5 other Plus Size Industry Bloggers. It was me, Kellie Brown of Andigetdressed.com, Madeline Jones of Plusmodelmagazine.com, Ty Alexander of Gorgeousingrey.com, CeCe Olisa of Plussizeprincess.com, and Margie Ashcroft of Margieplus.com. Girl, when I tell you it was fabulous, it truly was. I wanted to do a little recap and show you guys more of what we did and of course what we wore!On Saturday I wore a relaxed plaid shirt and a green sweater along with a pair of dark blue jeans that are so comfortable. Perfect for our little road trip. We hopped on a bus filled with coffee and goodies and all rode together up to Rhinebeck and arrived to a fabulous Victorian Estate 2 hrs later. We had a host of activities planned for us. First up was making homemade jam with Nick Vulgaris of Kerber Farms. This was something I've never done before but I'm already planning on making jam as Christmas Gifts. I'm obsessed! We also styled cornucopias for a fabulous table centerpiece.Casual Look: Sweater | Blouse | JeansWe got cleaned up after crafts and came together for a dinner party.
