So, we’re knee-deep in the Christmas Season and the invites are sure to have come rolling in by now! What’s to wear this year? Don’t always want to default to your dusty LBD? A complete sequin look too much for you? Well I’ve rounded up 4 completely different foolproof party looks for any holiday event!
Look 1: Shine Bright Like a Christmas Light
I can always count on ASOS to have just the right piece for any holiday festivity and this year they did not disappoint. I love this Metallic Top and its not so subtle holiday vibe. It’s super festive but is also something I would wear year round. I love the short sleeves and paired it with this Chiffon Maxi Skirt and Statement Necklace from Anthropologie. This look is nice enough for a formal event but would work for most any holiday shindig.
Look 2: Don’t Be Tardy for the Office Party
Sequins and plaid – why not? The combo is laid back enough but still festive enough for daytime and evening events – especially an office party. I love this effortless but styled look. Plaid Top is from Old Navy and Sequin Pencil is from Eloquii. I guarantee this look will be a repeat offender up until the first of the year!
Look 3: Mistletoe Magnet
The Holiday Season is known for its hues of green. However, the Dahlia Dress is not your momma’s green holiday frock. Monif C. is going to get you on the “Naughty List” for sure with this one. Love the fit and design details – what else would you expect from Monif C. You will definitely HAVE to be fashionably late to any event you wear this to!
Look 4: Merry Christmas Ya Filthy Animal
I wanted to try something a little different. Meet a new go-to piece for your dressed-up looks: the Brocade Short from Forever21. This low cost yet fancy black short is sure to make your black mini a little bitter. Layered over tights they’re just as chic as trousers–and more modern than a mini. This Puff Sleeve White Top is by Tawni Haynes.
I hope you enjoyed my Holiday Style Post! What will you be wearing this holiday season?
