Home for the Holiday: How We Decked Our Halls
The Holiday Season is my favorite! I always look forward to decorating our home for Christmas and I wanted wanted to add pops of fun colors to bring in more of the Holiday Spirit!! I’m pretty obsessed with how everything turned out (you can see my home decorated last year here)! I got a new tree this year from Hobby Lobby! A bunch of my ornaments and ribbon are from there as well. Other items are from local furniture shops, Target, TJ Maxx, etc...I get tons of question on the large christmas bulbs. Wayfair does have them if you don't have a local store that carries them. Ive linked a couple here and here. When browsing look for balls with a diameter over 7 inches. To achieve a similar look, you'll also want to get some ribbon around 4 inches wide.
My entry way was so cute. The day after this photo. Half of those glass trees tumbled to the ground and shattered everywhere. Some of you saw in my stories. So sad (lol).
On the counter in my kitchen. Noel is from Target (2016). I know the tag is still on the jar on the right. P.S. it's still there. Life. I told you guys I shop at TJ Maxx a lot.
We did a hot cocoa bar at our party last night. Too bad I bought 100% Cacoa instead. It was gross but looked cute. Cookies by our friend, Sharhonda (@pagingdoctorkelly)
Trees recent purchase from the dollar section at Target! I'm glad I only paid a few dollars because Creed has been taking them off the table and all around the house.
Yes... Creed is getting his first pair of Tod's. He will be twinning with Mike!
Fresh garland from a local tree stand. Smells delicious but pretty messy to eat around. Also no one told me I was supposed to be misting it. Unfortunately it's already dead.
Oh and Creed has a tree too! Mama decorated it all by herself.
Thanks for stopping by! Merry Christmas to you all!!!
