Coats are definitely one of those items that I think must be black, camel, or navy before ever exploring other color options, including red.This City Chic coat is from Macy's. I was on the hunt for a red coat and this one is the perfect shade, fit and style. Red for me is a neutral because it goes with everything. When shopping for a coat you have to keep this in mind. Most people won't ever see your outfit so it's really important that your coat makes a statement because it's the primary focus!This silhouette of this coat is classic and will never go out of style. It can be dressed up with this gorgeous lace dress or with jeans and a t-shirt.I felt like Elouise at the Plaza Hotel in this coat.
