When you stumble upon greatness on a Target clearance rack, you thank God and run to the register! This cute and bright dress was less than 20 bucks. I love the color and cut and also the neck and sleeve detail. I've searched desperately for the dress online so that I could link it for you guys but it's long gone apparently.
