WHAT EVA DO I TAKE TO COACHELLA?!
It’s that time of year – festival time! Music festivals are summer staples. My fav part of any music festival ironically is not the musicbut the hippie, flower child, desert party fashion, child!I’venever been to Coachella and I only attend one music festival a year butjust for fun and to make sure you’re not left behind, I’ve included myfestival must-haves!
- Flowy TopWhatever you do make sure your top is breathable. There’s nothing likebeing outdoors in the heat with a top on that doesn’t breathe. Weresupposed to feel free, right? This top is from a small boutique inAtlanta but similar tops aren’t hard to find this time of year.
- Flower Crown or HatEven though these cuties have had reputation for being overdone andcliché, they’re a must have for any festival – most appropriate. Thisone happens to be from Wet Seal.
- Gypsie Arm CandyLayer up that arm candy girl. Anything fun, bright and bohemian is welcome. Wearing C Wonder and Old Navy bracelets.
- Comfy SandalsI love a good leather sandal. One that conforms to your foot and youdon’t have to worry about it cutting into you. Since chances are walkingand standing are your only options I highly suggest you invest in agood leather sandal. Dolce Vita is my go-to brand for such sandals.
- Distressed DenimMy Fav! Besides being all the rage this year they were never out of thequestion for a good festival. Try tie dye, frayed, patched or any wayyou like as long as they look like they been to a festival or two or tenbefore, you’re good.
- Trusty CrossbodyI love a great cross body for ease. Perfect for being outdoors forextended periods of time. Besides you can’t afford to have some derangedcrazy walk off with your Minkoff, can you?! Keep it around your neck.
- Classic SunniesThe aviator shape is great because it works for almost any face shape. Ihighly recommend the mirror style even though I haven’t picked up apair myself – definitely on my list.
