If you haven’t heard yet, Wet Seal is undergoing an overall restructuring to focus on plus-size market! This restructuring involves them converting 31 ArdenB locations to Wet Seal+ locations!  Thankfully, retailers like Wet Seal, realize shopaholics like myself, are demanding more plus options. Needless to say, I am very excited about their expanded offerings and wanted share some new pieces— now available online and in their new stores all over the country!

About the pants — I couldn’t really resist this floral print palazzo pant! They’re feminine, comfy and really make your legs look long and luxurious. Pant comes in two colors and feature a gauze woven material, elasticized waist band, and a fun wide leg. I would size down when ordering the pants. I ordered a 3x (that’s what I usually wear in junior styles) but they are a little big. The 2x would fit me perfectly.

I styled these pants several different ways. I couldn’t decide which look I liked best, so I decided to share all three! Head over to to view tons more from their expanded plus collection!

The Peplum Hem Skirt Trend

The easiest way to update your skirt game is to add a frilly hemline. This hourglass-enhancing silhouette instantly gives you an incredibly dramatic and chic look.

Today I’m downtown on another interview covering my recent feature in StyleWatch. For this interview I wanted a more ladylike look.  My mind went to this killer ASOS peplum hem midi skirt and matching top. I wavered on whether to get the set or just the skirt but obvi opted for the statement floral print on print to really stand out. Of course I can’t wait to play in my wardrobe with these pieces separately.

So today I made my first ever television debut. I spoke about my blog and recent feature in People Stylewatch Mag at a local news station (clip here). Of course my first thought when I was asked to come was — what am I going to wear?! I wanted to look sophisticated, sporty, edgy, yet girly at the same time. So I went to my best friend (the internet) and found this amazing skirt at ASOS.

The grid print, also known as “windowpane,” is a classic yet refreshing graphic. You can easily pull this print off for anything; at the officeor easily transition it for a night out.

If you’re a little over stripes and plaid this may be your next obsession.

So I was happy to learn that A’GACI recently launched a plus-size line. The new line has officially unveiled and is available to shop. A’GACI’s new expansion offers sizes up to 3X. This is a welcomed treat for many women looking for a wider range of on trend fashion without blowing the budget.

I chose this bandage style bodycon and this super chic and easy chiffon romper. I was pleased with the fit, feel and quality of both pieces. I figured these pieces would be perf for a date night or for hitting the town with friends.

Hola Amigas! I’m back from the BEST VACATION EVER and wanted to share a little of my vacation style with you guys. Of course some (most) days were lazier than others — in which case I swapped heels and beach waves for flip flops and trashy wet hair. For more vacation pics visit my IG (iambeauticurve).

Sashaying Around the Ritz

It’s pretty much the perfect party dress. S
o cute it will make you find something to celebrate! ModCloth had me off the bat with this chic, glamorous, playful yet sophisticated number. I’m obessed with stripes, so of course I leaped at the opportunity to wear a striped party dress. With all the summer weddings and parties I plan to attend and due to  the fact that all my striped things are more slouchy and cotton, this turned-up version was a welcomed change. One of my favorite things about the dress is that it has hidden pockets! The cut is really flattering but the dress has no stretch and could be a little tight in the chest so if you have a wide rib cage or a big rack, you might want to consider sizing up.
I love ModCloth. Not only does ModCloth provide an huge amount of styles from size 0 to size 30 (XS to 4X), they have plenty of variety with their range of clothing pieces, shoes, accessories and even fun apartment decor. Many pieces are vintage inspired, creating very cute and feminine looks.
So be sure to check out ModCloth for this look and tons and tons more.

With Bronzer and Illuminating Powder ;)

A fab one-shoulder dress = instant Grecian knock-out! This look has been around for centuries and still manages to maintain its fresh, sexy, flirty, and unexpected air. So glad these looks are back with new solutions and asymmetries.

I was super excited when I was asked to work with City Chic for a product review. It was love at first sight when it came to this ultra-soft graphic one shoulder number. The dress skims beautifully over curves and is made from a stretch jersey material. I added a belt to define the waist a little but will definitely wear belt-less with gladiator sandals on my upcoming trip to Mexico! The one-shoulder is already a fashion statement in itself so adding accessories that compete with the neckline will veer on the side of doing too much. Instead, go for earrings, bangle, a sexy armband or a giant cocktail ring.

So, here’s to a few more shoulder press reps at the gym and to you scoring a coupon for your favorite Walgreen’s bronzer. Head over the City Chic for this look and tons more.

Florals… not the most unexpected trend of the season, however the look is most definitely blooming in a serious way this spring/summer— and in new silhouettes, styles, and unique prints.
If you think this trend is not exactly your thing, try adding the print in smaller doses. Try a floral clutch or a pair of cute floral pumps. The point is to embrace the power of the flower. Pick from the crazy bouquet of floral inspirations for your perfect summer wardrobe additions. Shop this look and others at Cori Coren Boutique.

So maybe my last few post have featured a crop top and a high-waist bottom, but this crop set tho…

I couldn’t wait to wear this perfectly matchy, matchy ensemble. I think this set is one of the most chic, high-style cropped combinations I have seen this year. I do think that I may be bingeing on crops like I binged on peplums in seasons past. I think it speaks to the versatility of the crop and to my OCDish shopping behavior.
