Getting A Good Nights Sleep

Hey friends, I have something to ask. Are you guys good sleepers? I’m finding out that most people aren’t the best. I am the worst because I’m glued to my phone up until I fall asleep, that sometimes means my phone falls on my face and wakes me up (lol). Phone before bed is one of the worst habits when trying to fall asleep. I’m also naturally a night owl. When the sun goes down) particularly around 10pm I start to think of all the things I need to get done. I usually clean my makeup brushes and my bathroom or my closet around this time. There have been times where I have stayed up until 2am cleaning my closet and bathroom while binge watching something on Netflix. So bad!I’ve been trying to get into a better night-time routine lately and even have tried melatonin. One thing I’ve heard so much about from literally everyone is to try a weighted blanket. I honestly didn’t think I needed one or would like one until now.I’ve heard so much about the Gravity Blankets and was happy to try it out recently. I have the Queen/King white 35lb cooling blanket in white. If you aren’t familiar with the benefits of weighted blankets here are some of the benefits:The most common benefit I’ve heard is that a weighted blanket feels like a hug! Gravity Blankets use the power of weight to relax the nervous system. Also, achieving faster, deeper sleep as the Gravity Blanket revives key pressure points.I would definitely have to agree that the Gravity Blanket feels like a hug. It was an interesting feeling sleeping under one but did fall asleep pretty quickly. I also enjoyed just laying in my bed under the blanket. I did help to relax me, and I didn’t think much about all the things I have to do, I was knocked out.If you’re interested in trying a Gravity Blanket they are offering 20% off to my readers with code "Beauticurve20". These also make great gifts (like the buffalo plaid version) if you know of someone that will enjoy it. My son sleeps with a weighted blanket at school so I know that they are great for kids also.
