Labor Day Deals with Tarte

It gives my skin an effortless glow and I’m here for it.For more of a full coverage foundation I would go for the face tape foundation. It’s full coverage without feeling heavy.What you really need to stock up on is eyeliner and mascara! I’m always buying mascara because I keep them everywhere… in my car, my purse, my bathroom.
