My Ultra-Wearable Summer Dress

This has to be like the most wearable summer dress I own. I don't know about where you live but here in the South the temps have been set on hell! I can't bare the thought of pants some days and cut-offs aren't always a great idea lol!This dress came to my rescue at the most crucial time and I've already worn it a few or five times! Who's counting?! It's so easy yet looks so put together. The hat also Who What Wear via Target is so darling and just adds a little bit more summer to the look.Who What Wear available exclusively at Target  is so on point. It's unreal how much I love their pieces. Whether I'm shopping online or in store I always find something that I just have to have.
