Over the Top Spring Tops

So this spring's tops are all  about being embellished, ruffled, off-the-shoulder, twisted and tied and I'm loving it! The only problem is I want to buy all of them.So just so I'm not alone, I thought I'd get you guys to buy some too. I'm linking some of my faves right now in the widget at bottom.This particular top is from Ashley Stewart. I passed a AS store while driving thru a strip mall and I saw this baby in the window. I reversed and parked and the rest is history.I paired with some flair, frayed hem jeans that I've had for a while.
